I have been working in the field of culture for 20 years, of which I spent 14 years at a non-profit foundation. It is important for me to work for an organization the purpose of which is to help people live a fuller and more complete life. I like to help, and I believe that giving is much more exciting than receiving, and the greatest gift is if you can ensure that others can experience adventure. I consider direct communication a key, I like questions, I’m sure because I myself am a curious person by nature.

Although my work I do within the Ladder Club can be well defined, I still like to think and work in terms of projects. Prior to the opening of the Ladder Club, one of my tasks was to organize the renovation of our centre on Hűvösvölgyi út, so I was in a fortunate position to see the birth of this fantastic place.
